The following ammenities are included in the monthly board:

** 12x12 rubber matted stalls with 7 day a week cleaning 
 
** 70 x 210 indoor arena directly off stabling areas 

** Outdoor sand arena  
     
** Property includes grass fields and trails to ride on

** Heated tack rooms with built-in lockers 

** Heated lounge and kitchen with big screen TV

** 7 day a week pasture turnout weather permitting- includes putting on of boots, fly masks and blankets

** Hay and grain twice daily
     Hay lunch also included on bad weather days

**Supplements given at no extra charge

** Indoor wash rack with heated water
